Another really enjoyable event in a members 8ha ancient woodland - many thanks to Nicky and Richard for hosting, and to all those who came along. Despite the weather forecast, the sun shone and we all enjoyed learning about their current and future management plans. The woodland is an SSSI, and enhancing biodiversity is the main objective, but this is coupled with woodfuel production and future timber.
